Russian abstract: Анализ советской дипломатии на Тегеранской конференции лидеров "большой тройки" - СССР, США и Великобритании. Используя новые архивные документы, автор демонстрирует особенности и характерные черты действий Сталина и НКИД на дипломатическом "фронте" в период завершения "коренного перелома" в Великой Отечественной войне.

English abstract: This chapter gives a new analysis of the Soviet diplomacy during the Tehran conference of the leaders of the "Big Three" - USSR, USA and Great Britain. Using the new archival sources, author seeks to reveal the inner mechanics of the Soviet diplomacy, traits of interaction between Stalin and the officials of the Soviet Foreign Office (NKID), aims to demonstrate ability of the "Kremlin boss" to use psychological manipulations to secure the Soviet interests during the "turning point" of the Soviet-German War.
