The Relationship Between Employee Engagement and Psychological Well-Being

The article has tried to find out the relationship among employee engagement and psychological well-being. The article has also explained the concept of full engagement which will focus on whether employee is mentally or psychologically engaged in his work or not. The paper has proposed that employee engagement is sustainable when the well-being of employee is high. Various research evidence which have covered the concept is reviewed and the evidence of benefits of both employee engagement and well-being is presented. The findings have showed that if the employee is psychologically well and satisfied then the employee is fully engaged in their work. The concept which is referred to as full engagement is a better basis for building sustainable benefits for employee as well as organization.
