Turkish Abstract: Bu makalede esitlik, farklilik ve kapsayicilik yonetiminin stratejik yonetimine kazandiracagi yaklasim anlatiliyor. Kurumsal liderlere esitlik ve farklilik yonetimi ve uygulamalari konusunda oneriler sunuluyor.

English Abstract: This paper is an opinion piece on equality, diversity and inclusion and these could be considered within the field of corporate strategy. The paper offers suggestions to corporate leaders in taking up EDI interventions in their organisations.
