Abstract

Though the vast majority of performance test (PT) exams tested on bar exams throughout the country are set in the litigation context, some are set in a preventive law (planning or problem solving) context. These provide excellent teaching tools and can be tremendously useful in the continuing effort to include preventive law in legal education.
