The Clinton Administration's intellectual property policies were astoundingly one-sided and poorly though out. Though the Administration presented itself as cyber-savvy, these policies represented the absolute antithesis of everything one should revere about the Internet, and indeed threatened to make the Internet's decentralized anonymous architecture seen like a bug rather than a feature.
