This short paper is a reply to Chris Whytock's thoughtful response to my article, "Ending Judgment Arbitrage: Jurisdictional Competition and the Enforcement of Foreign Money Judgments in the United States," 54 Harvard International Law Journal 459 (2013). It appeared in an online symposium on the article hosted by the Harvard International Law Journal and the blog Opinio Juris on April 2, 2014.
