Abstract

Organizations want to retain their employees in order to benefit from their talent and skills. Turnover is a major concern of human resource (HR) managers working with Assistant Professors in professional institutions these days. Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Perceived Supervisor Support (PSS) really help an employee to make his decision regarding leaving the job. This study explores the extent of impact of these two factors among employees in professional institutions of Patiala.
