Abstract

Article regarding the new German Internet Law aimed specifically at regulating Internet services and other online media. This article introduces these new rules and related constitutional issues and compares them with their United States counterpart, the Communications Decency Act (CDA), which itself has been the source of much recent constitutional debate.
