Abstract

Nowadays a case-study cluster researches prevail in Russia. Model introduces the quantitative innovation cluster effects evaluation in order to find the correlation between firm participation in regional innovation clusters and its competitiveness. Also we testify key success factors of participation in cluster. We used regression and correlation procedures for econometric estimation of innovation cluster effects presence in the Russian economy. The data from the accounting and statistical reports of 401 Perm region firms have served. Statistical analysis can be used as an additional substantiation of concentration advantages, interaction and innovation infrastructure in regional policy building-up.
