Abstract
This brief article presents the main methods of non-analytical job evaluation, their advantages and disadvantages are discussed and finally offered concrete ways to improve them. Non-analytical methods discussed are: ranking, classification of positions (rankings), benchmarking and improvement are put forward concrete proposals for the first and last of the aforementioned method.
