Abstract

This paper examines efforts to expand the role of higher education in conflict transformation in India. The paper brings together discussions from the growing conflict transformation movement in civil society and relevant developments in the higher education context. The paper reports on programs in conflict management/resolution/transformation underway at Indian institutions of higher education and elsewhere in South Asia.
