In modern days, professionals in the human resource area are the most important elements in the success of any organization. In Bangladesh, banking industry, garments industry, trading industry and other some export-oriented industry has boosted up in recent time but they are not maintaining good human resource department except few of them. It is clearly acknowledged by the modern day's professionals that without having skilled human resource departments nobody can get excessive success in their own pattern of business. Here the researchers find out the way to established human resource department in above-mentioned industry for better human resource management. In addition, find out some formulas regarding human resource management in the context of modern developed country like USA, UK and EU country. It is true that Bangladeshi organizations are learning more and more from their experience passing through a stormy weather of business uncertainties in domestic and international Markets. That is why, it is very important to redesign the learning organizations for the sake of the quality full demands from business organizations.
