The overall goal of this paper is to review policy analysis for subsequent policy changes with a variety of quantitative methods - to improve the impact of trade on rural poverty and environmental sustainability. This study seeks to improve understanding of the relationship between trade liberalization, poverty and the environment in the developing countries. It is evident that issues of economic growth, poverty and the environment are well-known in the development debate during the past couple of decades and attention has turned to the issues of economic globalization such as trade liberalization, structural adjustment, policy options and sustainability in the least developed and developing countries and attention has been placed how to retrieve the setback in these regions. This paper figures out the causes of the poverty, trade and environmental problems from the various past researches and policy options that might help to understand whether trade liberalization possibly causes poverty.
